Our products: pottery, fiberglass pots, vases, tables, and lighting fixtures are custom-made and hand-painted for you individually. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product does not meet specifications.

Artificial trees are not returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or fault in the product.

Since our products are not ready-made, we prepare them as quickly as possible upon request so we can ship your order as soon as possible.
